Sport: College Basketball
Game: Actual PREMIUM TV late night wager!!
Date/Time: 12/4/2009 11:00PM EST
Pick: Colorado/Oregon State UNDER 128
Reason:

Due to late breaking INJURY news, tonight''s "Ohio/Central Michigan" clash has made Best Bet status. The COLLEGE FOOTBALL SYTEM TOTAL OF THE YEAR involves a "24-4" System and has just been unleashed in the GUARANTEED section!!!

The following is an actual PREMIUM service wager:

"2 UNIT" LATE NIGHT COLLEGE BASKETBALL NATIONAL-TV TOTAL (Colorado at Oregon State UNDER 128 in an 11:05 eastern tipoff broadcast on Fox Sports Net): It is shocking that we have such a low posted total when considering that Colorado's offense current has a lofty #14 national ranking in field goal percentage. That Buffaloes offense has shot at least 50% from the field in 11 of 14 halves, but that fact of the matter is that their head coach Jeff Bzdelik is a master of DEFENSE. Some of you reading this analysis may remember Bzdelik with the NBA's Denver Nuggets and others will remember his coaching tenure at Air Force when in 2005=2006 his Falcons ranked #1 nationally in scoring defense. In the past two years under Bzdelik's direction Colorado's defense has held the opposition to an average of just 66 points per game. That just happens to be the best two-year defensive record for Colorado dating all the way back to 1980 and 1981 so now you know why this particular total is so low. Oregon State's football team was involved in a very high scoring 37-33 shootout last night, but the Beavers basketball squad is better known for its "1-3-1" DEFENSIVE alignment which actually has received national coverage. Oregon State basketball is under the direction of Craig Robinson for a second consecutive season and he just happens to be the brother-in-law of our current President. Robinson as a player was involved in the Princeton "half court" style of offense and he has brought that philosophy out west. Going into this evening Oregon State's defense is ranked #2 in the entire Pac 10 Conference with an average of 8.4 steals per contest. The Beavers have also held the opposition to just a 30% success rate from long range behind the arc. For those of you who watch this late night encounter on Fox Sports Net keep an eye on Oregon State senior guard Seth Tarver who is averaging 2.8 steals per contest. From the database I see that Colorado in the past three years has gone 22-7 UNDER the total when coming off a "spread" triumph
